SEROJA Room
College SEROJA dormitories are different compared to other residential colleges in UNIMAS. Every dorm room has a maximum capacity of 4 residents but due to the pandemic, only 2 residents are placed per room. The washrooms are shared and there are also suspended drying racks provided for the students between each wing.

Mini Mart

SEROJA Mini Mart is located within the residential Block B. Students can find all the basic essentials without having to go out of campus.

Self-Service Laundry
Location : Block A, College Seroja
Contact (ONLY if there's problems with the laundry machines):
- 3 washers and 3 dryer machines.
- Time limit for male students 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.
- Female students are encouraged to give way to male students to use the laundry machine nduring the day.
- RM5 for each usage washer and dryer respectively.

Wadah Tautan
Wadah Tautan which is previously known as Dataran Seroja. It has become College Seroja's distinctive landmark as this is where Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Kolej (JPK) Seroja conduct events, programmes and activities.
Study Room
Location : Block B & Block M, College Seroja
Operating Hours :
8.00am - 10.00pm (EVERYDAY)
SEROJA Study Room is a space for group discussions, meetings, and study. Study room in Block B can be used by both male and female students while for Block M is limited to female students only.
For private use, student need to book at least 3 days before from College Principle.

Vending Machines
Vending machines can be found at every residential blocks where the students can easily get their snacks and beverages supply.
UNIMAS East Campus Mosque
Mosque is a muslim religious venue where Islamic activities, discussions, and prayers are held. It is provided by PITAS (Pusat Islam Tun Abang Salahuddin) and managed by JPMU (Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Masjid UNIMAS).
Keranji Food Court
Location : In front of Kompleks Akademik Pra-Universiti (KAPU)

Keranji Food Court or better known as KFC among the foundation students. It is located immediately in front of the Student Lounge under the same building. Keranji Food Court becomes the main foodcourt before and after class for students everyday as they offer a wide range of food.

Student Lounge
Student lounge is a venue where students can do discussions and study. This place is also for students to relieve their stress as there are a lot of games provided by PPPU (Pusat Pengajian Pra-Universiti) and it is managed by JPP (Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Pelajar).
Sport Facilities
The East Campus sport's facillities are located at the east of College Seroja. The facillities consist of 1 futsall court, 2 tennis court, 1 basketball court and 2 volleyball court. All facillities are open for students' usage everyday at anytime.
ATM
There is only one ATM machines that had been provided at East Campus. It is to ease the life of students that want to take their money allowance instead of going to the West Campus or outside of the campus.
There are two shopping mall near Seroja College; The Summer Shopping Mall and Aiman Mall.
